Warranty

All our coffee machines are brand new and come with a full manufacturer's warranty. This is supported, nation-wide, by Saeco and Gaggia.

Repairs under warranty for all Saeco and Gaggia machines are through the Philips Electronics (parent company of Saeco and Gaggia) accreditated service providors. Click here for details of all national service centres.

How long will it take to deliver my coffee machines?

We aim to maintain stock of all our machines, which ensures despatch is generally the next working day after the order is placed. We will contact you if delivery will be delayed for any reason.

Depending on your location, delivery should be 2-7 days after the order is placed.

Refund Policy

Achieve Kafe operates according to strict quality control guidelines, which includes a 14 day money back guarantee.

Refunds do not include postage and handling and will be processed within thirty working days of receipt of the goods. The product must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and contents.Upon arrival of the returned item, a credit will be issued for the cost of the item minus a 10% restocking fee.

We recommend that you return the product via Australia Post. You must pre-pay all returns postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damage to goods during transit and, therefore, we advise you to take out shipment registration insurance with Australia Post. Achieve Kafe reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have 'More To Pay' stamped on them.
